We are pleased to announce that the Faculty continues to be recognised as a leading hub for education and research in the newly released 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings by Subject.

Amidst an increasingly competitive global landscape, our Faculty has successfully maintained its position among the world’s elite institutions, reaffirming our status as the premier destination for Social Sciences and Psychology studies in Hong Kong.

Key Highlights for 2026:

– Social Sciences: Ranked 33rd globally, cementing our place in the Global Top 50. We are proud to retain the position of #1 in Hong Kong.
– Psychology: Ranked 62nd globally, continuing to lead the field as #1 in Hong Kong.
