Ethnic minorities number about 620,000—8.4% of Hong Kong’s population—and their share has grown by 37.3% over the past decade. Many have built their lives here and wish to fully call Hong Kong home. Advancing social inclusion is essential to ensure they feel welcomed, respected, and able to participate and contribute on equal terms.
