A Milestone Occasion: The 215th Congregation Ceremony

On November 30 and December 1, the Grand Hall was filled with joy, pride, and anticipation as our Faculty held the 215th congregation ceremony. This momentous event marked a significant milestone, bringing together graduates, families, faculty, and staff to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students.

The ceremony was the recognition of our distinguished graduates from the Faculty. These talented individuals have demonstrated dedication, resilience, and passion throughout their academic journey. Their commitment to understanding and addressing societal challenges exemplifies the true spirit of social sciences.
In a heartfelt speech, Dean Prof Ming Wen reminded attendees of the profound purpose behind their studies: “Always keep in mind the true calling of the social sciences: to confront injustice, to champion human dignity, and to respond to society’s needs whenever they arise. It is through such dedication that we can truly foster healing, hope, and a better tomorrow.”

As our graduates step into the next chapter of their lives, they carry with them the vibrant spirit of the Socientists community—dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. We encourage all our graduates and attendees to continue contributing actively to their communities and to uphold the values that define our institution.
Congratulations to all our graduates—you have a bright future ahead. We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to see the impactful change you will bring to society.
