Student Voices

As a member of the financial services industry, I have observed growing expectations from financial market operators, regulators, and other stakeholders in recent years with regard to the ESG performance of banks. The SLG (previously known as CEG) Programme equipped me with an understanding of the terminology used in the sustainability field as well as the issues facing businesses today. The Programme also provided me with the analytical skills and critical thinking needed to work effectively and confidently as a sustainability practitioner in the banking field.
