Ever wondered how interacting with diverse online platforms, particularly social media, can affect a person’s well-being in today’s hyperconnected world? In this public lecture, Professor Christian Montag will delve into the social-media-well-being complex and provide an overview of the latest research findings and reveal the next steps towards a deeper understanding of happiness in digital societies. Professor Montag will also present different approaches, including epigenetics, brain imaging, data tracking, and psychological survey works, that can unravel the digital-well-being complex.
