Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Behavioural Health) from The University of Hong Kong. With years of experience in the non-profit sector, she has served as a course instructor for Contemplative Practices within the University’s Common Core curriculum. In 2020, she founded Vairocana Co. (寂光堂), a mindful living studio that blends traditional Chinese cultures of agarwood and tea appreciation with mindfulness, helping individuals in Hong Kong cultivate a peaceful mental space in their daily lives. The studio has earned the trust of various corporations, media, schools, and non-profit organizations, designing human-centered cultural and holistic experiences.
Currently, Katrina serves as the Education Manager at Food Angel(惜食堂), overseeing life and value education projects focused on food waste and community care. Through her extensive project management and training experience, she is dedicated to enhancing the intrinsic motivation of stakeholders to engage in social services, fulfilling the organization’s vision of “Let lives be enriched through giving and receiving (讓施與受同享豐盛生命)”
