香港大學 + 日內瓦（社會科學學士 + 文學碩士）

課程簡介
香港大學社會科學學院與日內瓦國際關係及發展高等學院 (IHEID) 合作，為社會科學學士學生提供「社會科學學士＋文學碩士」的雙學位課程。社會科學學士學生先在港大完成三年課程，然後申請入讀IHEID指定的文學碩士課程（包括：人類學與社會學、國際經濟學、國際歷史與政治學、國際法、國際關係／政治學，或國際及發展研究）。

學生獲取錄後，會在IHEID修讀該校的研究生課程，其學分可轉回港大，以完成港大的第四年學士課程。成功完成在IHEID的課程後，學生將獲頒港大的社會科學學士學位，並可選擇留在日內瓦多留一年，攻讀IHEID的碩士學位。學生在IHEID學習期間，可選擇於當地的國際組織實習，如聯合國辦事處、世界貿易組織、以及涉及勞工、電訊、人權、愛滋病等領域的組織，這些經驗將有助畢業生未來在這些國際組織展開職業生涯。

入學要求
入學條件如下：

2025-2026學年就讀社會科學學士三年級的學生。申請人必須於第三年結束前已在港大完成至少180學分（包括Capstone項目），並已完成社會創新實習要求及大學本科課程規章（Regulations for First Degree Curricula）第5段（UG5）的要求。
cGPA須達3.5或以上。

如申請人的cGPA未達標，亦可根據其他成就以及與申請碩士課程相關學科的學業表現予以考慮。此外，以下碩士課程設有特別入學要求：
國際經濟碩士（MA in International Economics）：需提交GRE成績及具備經濟學基礎知識
國際法碩士（MA in International Law）：需具備法律基礎知識

不超過800字的申請動機信，說明你申請此課程的原因；
學業成績單；以及
兩封學術推薦信

此雙學位課程名額有限。非法語背景的學生於IHEID修讀期間需修讀法語課程；但法語能力並非申請碩士課程的入學要求。

所有獲取錄者需於網上遞交申請，並同時利用IHEID網上付款系統（如Paypal）繳交申請費用瑞士法郎100元（約港幣800元）。

	One semester into Geneva, my charts were in official UNCTAD reports. No one here waits for you to graduate before handing you the floor. From the first term, the Applied Research Project puts you on a real brief for a UN agency or NGO. Mine looked at how producer countries can capture more value from critical minerals for the energy transition. My peers are mostly working professionals, and a coffee after seminars taught me as much about building a career in this sector as the syllabus did. The real excitement is how many possibilities sit within reach. A day can start with a conference at the Palais des Nations, move to a student pitch for Collaborate for Social Impact, and end with a TEDxGVAGrad rehearsal. Weekends might mean the Alps, or crossing into France with a 10-mins bus ride for affordable groceries. You will hear French, English and a dozen other languages before lunch. 	The dual BSocSc/MA programme between HKU and the Geneva Graduate Institute has been a truly transformative experience. Starting postgraduate studies earlier pushed me out of my comfort zone, and it proved to be immensely rewarding. HKU gave me a strong academic baseline, while IHEID’s curriculum challenged mainstream IR theories and deepened my appreciation for multilateral diplomacy. Studying in Geneva offered immediate proximity to global affairs in action, paired with incredible practical opportunities such as attending conferences, events and gaining professional work experience.
